File size is 445 kb for instant downloading even through dail-up. It can be opened in most image-editing programs to digitally draw and paint on directly and/or adjust the attributes to your liking.

I plan to take this file to a photo copy place to produce actual pages with the guide lines in non-photo blue -which is very faint for this reason.
